A large retailer partnered with Officetrax to simplify work orders inside stores. This new process is designed to reduce turnaround time for vendors to come out to replace and or fix key components inside of operations, allowing us to operate at full functionality more quickly. With this in mind, I decided it would be best if I created a job aid and a short video tutorial on how to submit work orders with this new process to engage both styles of learning. The overall feedback was it was direct, to the point, easy to navigate and use for reference as many times as needed for our team members to complete this process with ease.
